Due to the weight of fertilizer and flexibility of the tires the angle of the tractor and spreader can easily vary 3 degrees from start to finish causing an unfavorable re-distribution of the fertilizer. This results in yield loss of €20/ha in average in winter wheat and spring barley.

If it takes 15 minutes to empty your spreader to need to supply less than 0.01 lpm of oil during the entire period. Nearly impossible when your tractor typically can provide more than 100 lpm.

The solution is simple:

A full automatic control of the hydraulic top link through ISOBUS and LS/Power Beyond

  1. Install the system

  2. Run the calibration once

  3. Set your target angle in the ISOBUS terminal

  4. Off you go spreading

The system is easily calibrated and controlled from the tractors ISOBUS display. Once calibrated, the system runs automatically with a push on a button.

The box contains everything you need to assemble and mount the kit on your fertilizer spreader including:

Needs LS Hydraulics

The only requirement to your tractor is load-sensing hydraulics (LS) ports - also called Power Beyond. The system can run on your tractors ISOBUS or it can run on a seperate ISOBUS terminal.

We ship the kit in a box free of charge to your address inside EU. During season we will ship every day including weekends. In off-season delivery time will be longer.
